Crowne Plaza Princeton - Conference Center by IHG

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza with a friend, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Yuri and Jennifer at the front desk gave us friendly and efficient service. The room was immaculately clean. We went into the indoor pool, and it was sublime: large and heated. The location is super convenient, near the hub of Princeton. We were kindly upgraded to included breakfast, which was great. We’ll return to this hotel soon!

I recently completed a 5-day stay at the Crowne Plaza Princeton – Conference Center, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. Every team member I interacted with—front desk, housekeeping, and dining—was friendly, attentive, and committed to making sure my stay was smooth and comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly relaxing. The bed was plush and supportive, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to unwind after long days. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches: great lighting, plenty of outlets, a clean modern bathroom, and a peaceful view that added to the overall experience.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Lovely Jennifer, the manager, gave me an overview of the amenities, told me about the interesting history of the location (a former corporate HQ) and the private trail and lake - and made sure to accommodate my request for a quiet room (with a beautiful sunset!). She deserves a promotion. This a spacious hotel, connected via internal bridge to a smaller Holiday Inn - and a large convention center. It also shares the trail with the adjacent Novo Nordisk HQ, a remarkable example of pristine modern architecture in itself. The highlight of the property is, of course, the lake it sits on, and the little forest and walking trails surround it. The trail is not long, and ends rather abruptly in a forest dead end by a picturesque stream bank - but absolutely magnificent and tranquil. I didn’t take day pictures: I was absorbing the serenity and reflection from a lounge chair overseeing the glittering water - but hope to add them when I come back, which I will. The hotel has a basketball court, racquetball court, pool, and open tennis courts surrounded by lush green. Only to make this honest review more balanced, I’ll add that the clock in the basketball court was broken (still showing time), and that coffee ran out in the lobby too early for me (there are 24/7 free coffee machines in the Holiday Inn section across the internal bridge) - but the room was excellent, the staff was friendly, and this gem tucked in a private forest not far from Princeton is absolutely recommended. * Edit: finally got time to add pictures and videos I took on the picturesque trail and in the little private forest. I really enjoyed my stay, so I booked again - and checked the concierge lounge on the 5th floor, to do some work in quiet. And the suite was top notch. Bottom line: exceptionally located property and an all-star management team. Thank you, and I hope to see you again!

This is a large hotel with plenty of amenities, ideal for active guests who enjoy working out or playing sports. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. While the rooms aren't particularly remarkable, they are clean and decent for a longer stay. As someone staying long-term, I do wish the rooms included a small kitchenette for added convenience. My main complaint is the cost of breakfast as it feels overpriced for what’s offered. It would be nice if a continental breakfast was included in the room rate. Also, parking could be improved, as the lot is a bit of a walk from the main entrances. Overall its a nice hotel and I do recommend it.

Jennifer at the front desk was the absolute best. Customer service was top tier. I have never stayed at a Crowne Plaza and she made my first stay the best. If I’m ever in the area again I will return. Please recognize her for her great customer service. Room 1130S Check in 3/7/2026

Room was clean , larger than expected, serviced regularly. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful. I had dinner at the bar which was very good. The location was great with a shopping area not too far away. I was in the area for work this hotel served my needs. If I’m in the area again I’ll be back.

Our stay here turned out to be a wonderful surprise. We originally had a room booked at a different hotel, but it was overbooked and we were moved to this hotel next door. At first we were a little disappointed, but the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the most amazing front desk host — Jennifer — and everything immediately changed. Jennifer was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely positive. She helped us with absolutely everything, even the smallest details. Every request was handled instantly, always with a smile. She explained things, showed us around, gave great suggestions, and made us feel truly cared for. Not once did we feel ignored — quite the opposite. She was attentive, warm, and incredibly professional. Honestly, Jennifer is one of the best front desk hosts I have ever met in any hotel. Her attitude and kindness completely transformed our stay. Thanks to her, what could have been an inconvenient situation became a truly pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, the pool was fantastic, and the whole stay felt welcoming and relaxed. Great hospitality is rare, and when you meet someone like Jennifer, who clearly loves what she does and treats guests with such genuine warmth, it makes all the difference. Thank you so much for making our stay so special.
